Wayne Oberholzer is the founder of the coffee consultancy company The Portland Project.
He started in the coffee industry to pay his way through his commercial pilots license, he has subsequently worked his way though the ranks in the coffee industry.
Dublin played host to this year’s chapter of the World Barista Championship, where Wayne was put to the test against 65 of the world’s best Barista’s. Though the title for World Barista Champion 2016 went to Taiwan. Wayne finished in a venerable 29th in the world.
