Justin has published 7 recipe books and is currently working on his next one. Having won multiple awards for his reality television series, his focus is now on finding ways to reduce his footprint on the planet and influence change in how city dwellers live in urban environments. In his spare time, you’ll find him creating magic at the braai, or in the kitchen fearlessly experimenting with flavours and ingredients. The sun, the open road and the smoky aromas of a steak cooking nearby – are Justin’s favourite memory makers.
